We are thrilled to share that Heather Trapp, one of our outstanding paralegals, has been nominated for AMBA’s 2026 Industry Partner of the Year Award.


Heather is a highly respected real estate paralegal with more than two decades of industry experience and has been a valued member of our firm for 18 years and going strong. Known for her accountability, deep expertise, and commitment to excellence, Heather is trusted to manage complex real estate files from first client contact through to successful closing.


In addition to her exceptional client work, Heather is a generous mentor to others within our firm, consistently supporting and guiding fellow paralegals with her knowledge, patience, and practical insight. Beyond the firm, she serves as an administrator for the Calgary Real Estate Paralegals Group, collaborates with legal software developers as a subject matter expert, and is passionate about mentorship and continuous improvement across the profession. Heather is widely relied upon for her adaptability, leadership, and dedication to real estate law.
