OVERVIEW

Kimberly represents lenders and borrowers in a broad range of real estate purchase transactions and financing circumstances. Several of these files support private lenders. She also guides clients in estate planning and wills. Clients appreciate Kimberly’s sharp intellect, focus, and straightforward approach when formulating solutions.
 

In her construction law practice Kimberly acts for owners and for trades in disputes involving the construction of commercial strip malls, multi- and single residential, hotels, condominiums and nursing homes. Kimberly achieves results when working through builders’ liens and payment recovery issues. 
 

As one of our longest serving lawyers, Kimberly’s exposure to every aspect of our services allows her to offer experienced full service to clients. 
 

While away from the office, Kimberley relaxes with friends and family. She takes in the Calgary performing arts scene and explores her talents as a creative home baker.
